ANEPC and VOST PT strengthen cooperation in the field of dissemination of information to the public
A National Authority for Emergency and Civil Protection (ANEPC) and a
VOST Portugal strengthened the cooperation partnership in the field of dissemination of information to the public, in the field of civil protection, with the signing of a protocol between the two entities.
The main objective of this protocol is to establish cooperation mechanisms for the dissemination of relevant data and information in the context of civil protection activities and the risks to which citizens are subject, particularly in risk situations with a potential impact on populations.
VOST PT is an association of digital volunteers in emergency situations that aims to inform populations, from official and validated messages, before, during, and after emergencies, natural disasters, or other types of situations that may cause social alarm. It also has a pedagogical mission to make populations more prepared, informed, and resilient to all kinds of situations that may happen.
The document was signed by ANEPC, its President, Duarte da Costa, and by VOST PT, its President, Isabel Silva.

A VOST Portugal and a National Authority for Emergency and Civil Protection signed a cooperation protocol that strengthens our collaboration.
This protocol is the result of close cooperation with ANEPC in order to fulfil even better what has always been our mission: a more informed, better prepared and more resilient population.
